Unique field Datasource

Hi guys,

I'm working in a table where I want to have a unique field. The table is to store username and password, so I want username to be unique. So far I was not able to handle it. Is it possible to verify it through rules or something similar? I couldn't find anything helpful in the documentation (maybe I'm too dumb).

I'd appreciate any help!
