FS_REFERENCE upload of csv file in Media Store folder , pops up Allocate Description for EN to hide?

Hello Team,

I am using the FS_REFERENCE component, clicked the upload button, uploaded the csv file to the media store location, and clicked the Select button to select the folder where the media csv file needs to be stored.

As a next step, a popup opens, as shown in the below image.

I don't want to show the popup screen to the user;

1) I only want some predefined message

2) To hide the complete popup for Entering the Description for the media csv file.

How do i achieve it either one?
