Content Transport: How to add a new storage via API

Hi there.

We have hundreds of projects and want to make it simple for users to be able to install content transport features from a new storage.

So I would like to write a small script that adds a new content transport storage to a project OR even better to add it to all available projects on the server.

Is this possible and how?
