DQM AI Summary Assistant

Note: This feature will be live beginning of May. Stay tuned for communications from Crownpeak.

DQM now includes an AI Summary Assistant via the AI Insights button that provides you with a progress summary of what DQM has discovered on the Group Overview and Website Overview dashboards. This feature provides an at-a-glance summary of what’s happening in your websites, specific to the dashboard you’re viewing in real-time.

Considerations:

• In order to view the progress summary content located within AI Insights, an admin user from your organization must first accept the terms and conditions provided by Crownpeak.
• We are currently working on expanding this feature - stay tuned for more.
• The AI Insights button is enabled by default at launch in the UI but will only be accessible for a Trial Phase. When the Trial Phase ends, we will provide you with upgrade options. In the mean time, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Crownpeak Support with any questions.
• After Trial Phase, the DQM AI Summary Assistant will be offered as a paid subscription. Contact Crownpeak Support to learn more about pricing.

Enabling AI Summary Assistant

Note: If the AI Summary Assistant has already been activated, you will see a Progress Summary of your dashboard when you click AI Insights. Otherwise, it will need to be enabled.

To enable AI Summary Assistant, an admin must first accept the terms and conditions.

1. From the Group Overview page, click AI Insights.
2. From the AI Insights sidebar, click Explore feature. The AI Summary Assistant page appears.
   
3. To review the legal notice, click Terms & Conditions from either section on the AI Summary Assistant page. You will be taken to the Crownpeak legal hub, where you will need to locate and download the legal notice.
4. Once you have reviewed the Terms and Conditions, click Activate feature from either section on the AI Summary Assistant page.
5. Once the activation successfully completes, any of your users will be able to view the AI Insights button in the UI and utilize the feature.

Accessing AI Summary Assistant

Once AI Summary Assistant is activated, the AI Summary Assistant will be available on the Group Overview and Website Overview pages.

Simply click AI Insights to view the Progress Summary.
