We are aware of recurring issues affecting customer data processing times using the common item data pipeline (CIDP) integration. The issue predominantly affects data sent between 00:00 AM UTC and 06:30 AM UTC and can result in data taking an hour or more to successfully process and reflect within Fredhopper.
