We have deployed some changes aimed at mitigating the delays. We will continue to monitor the situation to determine if further changes are needed.

We are aware of recurring issues affecting customer data processing times using the common item data pipeline (CIDP) integration. The issue predominantly affects data sent between 6:00 AM UTC and 8:00 AM UTC and can result in data taking an hour or more to successfully process and reflect within Fredhopper.
The root cause of this has been identified and a fix for it is being prepared. More information to follow.
