XO Console statistics incident

SUMMARY

• List of affected customers: All XO tenants 
• Customer Impact: When opening the detailed widget view no statistics for the number of API calls & Items are displayed, yet the widgets themselves are working.

We have identified an issue affecting the statistics in the XO console, wherein data for the number of widgets and items displayed is not being displayed in the console since the 16th of December. 

We will provide a route cause of the issue once our internal investigation has been completed.
