Widgets not appearing in Page Builder
Once widgets have been created in XO, it could take up to 1 minute before they become available in BigCommerce. Please refresh your Page Builder after 1 minute to see if the widgets appear.
If this does not resolve your issue, please navigate to the application page within your store. If your access token has expired, you may see a message prompting you to re-authenticate with XO, as shown below:
If none of the above work, navigate to the 'Debug' menu at the top of the Integration Overview page. From here, please select the option to 'Add Widget To Page Builder', which will refresh your widgets.
