Dear Attraqt Customers,
I am sure many of you, like us at Attraqt, have been watching the terrible situation unfold in Ukraine.
We have been asked by a number of customers regarding business continuity and the exposure of Attraqt systems and people in light of this. In response, I wanted to take this opportunity to assure all our customers that we do not have any geographical, infrastructure, or people dependencies that are at risk.
Additionally, we have security safeguards in place to ensure our systems are well-protected against possible cyber attacks:
- Single Sign-On with Multifactor authentication enforced in Attraqt's internal systems.
- Monthly vulnerability scanning across both AWS and GCP.
- Annual penetration testing across both AWS and GCP.
- Antivirus and malware protection on Attraqt devices.
- Staff security awareness training and simulated phishing exercises.
- Annual vendor security reviews via the Attraqt Privacy Management Platform.
As such, it is highly unlikely for there to be any disruption to any part of the Attraqt platform as a result of the situation in Ukraine.
