What is the Attraqt App?

The Attraqt app is a front-end integration developed for BigCommerce to allow you to easily use Attraqt capabilities in your store. It requires minimal onboarding effort and is designed for customers to be able to set up their store as quickly as possible.

 

Can the App directly be downloaded from the BigCommerce Marketplace?

If you are an Attraqt Experience Orchestrator and BigCommerce customer, then yes. All you would have to do is login into the app authenticating against your Experience Orchestrator (XO) environment. 

 

What features are available on the App?

The following core features are available on the Attraqt app:

• On-site search (comes auto-enables upon app installation)
• Dynamic product & content recommendations
• Merchandising
• Tracking & analytics 

In addition, you can gain access to the following add-on solutions:

• AI-powered search
• Email personalisation
• Algorithm orchestration
• List page ranking

 

Are there any setup fees?

If you are already a BigCommerce and Attraqt customer, there is no additional cost to use the app.

 

Am I able to test the Attraqt App in a developer environment?

If you have a BigCommerce store that you are using as a development environment and an Experience Orchestrator environment to link to, then yes this is possible. 

 

Which features are configured in BigCommerce Page Builder and which in Attraqt?

BigCommerce Page Builder is used to configure how the store looks and feels. The XO Console is used to configure the merchandising rules, widgets, and logic applied to the products.

Essentially, the Attraqt app is used to determine what we show to shoppers and BigCommerce (Page Builder) determines how we show it.
