Black Friday is almost here!
The peak trade period is fast approaching and our goal is to ensure that we support you every step of the way. We understand that your site will experience higher traffic than normal during this busy period of trading, and wanted to take some time to explain how you can prepare. Please refer to the Peak Preparation Checklist below.
Peak Preparation Checklist
Just like with anything else in life, when it comes to Peak, preparation is key. It ensures that you don’t just survive peak season - but that you thrive. To support you during this intense period, we’ve created an easy-to-follow checklist:
- I have informed my CSM of the Black Friday Sales dates
- I have notified my CSM of any specific mechanism for planned business operations (promotions, triggers..)
- I have updated my product feed attributes (price, promotions, discounts..)
- I have informed Attraqt if I need a manual import
- I have ensured that everyone in my internal team is familiar with the process of raising support tickets, and has access to Zendesk
- I will contact my Customer Success Manager for help to configure my widgets or strategies if necessary
