How to login to the FHR Merchandising Studio for the first time

Introduction

Welcome to this article which explains how to log in to the Merchandising Studio for the first time.

The Merchandising Studio enables you to configure rules, manage team member access, and preview pages. The interface is isolated from your store and eCommerce back-office and only accessible to your business and merchandising team.

 

Prerequisites 

Before logging in to the Merchandising Studio for the first time you will need the following:

- An administrator from your organisation will have created an account for you

- You will need to have received an email to activate your account for FHR

- You will need to know your company's LDAP credentials (login and password)

 

Step-by-step guide

Step 1

When an Administrator of your company creates an account for you, you will receive an invitation to the FHR Merchandising Studio. You then have 24h to activate your account. After the initial 24hr period, the Administrator will have to re-send this invite. For more information on user management, you can visit this page.

Click on Activate your Account on the invite email you received:

Step 2

Once you have clicked on Activate your account, you should be redirected to a page with the following pop-up window prompt:

In this pop-up window, you will need to enter the company's LDAP credentials. These are the same for all users in your company. 

Step 3

After entering the correct credentials, you will be redirected to the following page:

The email of the user field is already pre-filled with your email and cannot be modified. If the email is incorrect or you need to change it, the Administrator will need to re-create the account.

You can choose a display and login name: this will allow you to connect with a shorter login instead of your email address. Most users tend to put the first initial of their name followed by their last name. It also determines how your name appears in the list of users.

 

Password: Make sure you choose a strong password that is at least 12 characters long.

Step 4

Once you have submitted the form, you will be redirected to the main FHR login page where you can log in with your newly activated account:
